The Fish Grader – Built To Last A Lifetime
The sturdy aluminum construction of a Clare Machine Works Fish Grader will stand up to rough handling and and even tougher fish. Vertical conveyor infeeding and sorting system is designed to gently move and efficiently grade various groundfish species according to thickness.
Due largley to the inclination angle of the vertical conveyor infeeding system, the fish product is moved without causing damage. The smooth and gentle conveyance of the fish into the width-adjusted sorting rollers results in product grading accuracy.
The grading system is fully automatic and eliminates the need for manual sorting by workers, meaning workers can focus on other processing tasks.
The grader is compact and while initially designed for onshore operation, it can be fitted for at-sea use.
